Diamond And Gem Upgrade Program Information

Diamantaire Imports proudly offers a diamond and gem upgrade program. In almost all cases we can offer you 100% of the value of your purchase in credit towards a new diamond or gem.

For diamonds, Diamantaire Imports requires that you upgrade no less than 1 full carat in weight, 1 color grade and 1 clarity grade from your original purchase (special circumstances may apply). For gems, we require that you upgrade no less than double the amount of the original purchase (special circumstances may apply). The diamond and gem market can be volatile and unpredictable like any other commodity or trade. Diamantaire Imports is a wholesale diamond dealing entity and our policy is subject to availablity on the market, the value of the current diamond, and at our sole discretion.

Certain diamonds may be ineligible for upgrades programs due to unpredictable market circumstances.

Jewelry Upgrade Program

Diamantaire Imports does not offer an upgrade program for jewelry and this is an industry standard. In special circumstances, we may consider purchasing jewelry back from customers as scrap metal (gold and platinum only) as well as diamonds in jewelry over 0.10 in carat weight, and at our sole discretion. Diamantaire Imports does not sell used jewelry ever, therefore your intimate, used and worn product is unfortunately not reusable to us.
